Absolutely - You can add your own designs, illustrations, logo, photo, text and more to our tea towels.
Simply use our online editor. You can even add custom backgrounds and extra text to your designs.
Different fabrics have slightly different levels of shrinkage in processing but we print the tea towels at 50 x 70 cm - so your tea towel will typically end up around 47-48 x 67-68 cm in final size.
We offer both sewn and DIY-style routes for making your tea towels.
If you choose the sewn tea towel, you will receive an expertly sewn tea towel with a hanging loop and care label.
If you choose a DIY sew your own tea towel, you will get the rough cut panel ( sometimes with white or loose threads), hanging tape and a label - ready to cut and sew yourself at home.
- Prepare file at 50 cm wide x 70 cm high
- Leave 2.5cm bleed from the edge for any important parts of the design or logo etc.
- Check 2D and 3D version to ensure you have set the design to the edge of the template- Set in RGB
- sRGB profile for best results
- Rotate the initial file in Photoshop or Procreate etc NOT in Windows/ Mac photo viewer
Typically our tea towel production takes 5 - 10 working days for any volume of tea towels ( from 1-10,000).
We always aim to ship our products as quick as possible and often they will leave our factory much quicker than this.
Yes absolutely - we offer bulk discounts directly via the website. These are automatically applied at checkout.
You can make up the price breaks using mutiple different designs on the same fabric - ie. 10 designs - 1 each = 10 units.
For volumes of 500 units or more, or if you have a specific, recurring order or need additional packaging etc, please email info@maake.com and our team will assist you.
