YOUR OWN FABRIC
TESTED BEFORE PRINTING
2–4 WORKING DAYS
Not every fabric responds to digital printing in the same way. Fibre composition, coatings, finishes and fabric construction can all affect how your design prints. That’s why all customer-supplied fabrics must be tested by our factory before we can confirm a production order.
We aim to test your fabric within 48 hours of receiving it. When sending your sample, please:
✓ Complete our Fabric Information Form before sending your fabric.
✓ Clearly attach or write your name on the fabric package so we can identify your sample when it arrives.
✓ Make sure the information provided on the form matches the fabric you are sending.
Once your fabric has passed testing, we’ll confirm that it’s suitable for printing and you can move forward with your production order and artwork.
Before placing your production order, send a sample of the exact fabric you intend to use.
Synthetic/Polyester fabrics: supply a 50cm × 50cm sample.
Cotton fabrics: supply a minimum of 3 metres for testing.
Our production team tests the material on our machinery to determine whether it is suitable for printing.
Fabrics will be tested within 48 hours of receiving.
Once testing is complete, we'll confirm whether your fabric has been approved for printing.
If approved, we can then discuss your artwork, quantity and production order.
Once approved, supply the fabric required for your order.
Please include an additional 2 metres of fabric for each print run to feed the material through the machine.
Standard print turnaround: 2–4 working days after your order and fabric have been approved for production.
Cotton, polyester and blended fabrics can be submitted for testing before production.

Potentially, yes. We can test customer-supplied cotton, polyester and suitable blended fabrics. Every new fabric must pass testing at our factory before we can confirm a production print order
Different fabrics can react differently during digital printing. Testing allows our production team to determine whether your material is compatible with our machinery and printing process before you commit to a larger order
Your test gives you an indication of how the supplied fabric performs and how the print appears on that material. For production, we recommend using the same fabric specification and supply as the approved test.
We won't proceed with the production print on an unapproved fabric. Our team can explain the outcome and discuss whether another fabric from our collection would be more suitable or if we can source something exclusive for you.
Once your fabric passes testing, you will need to supply your required print quantity plus an additional 2 metres for each print run to feed the fabric through the machine.
For example, if you want 10 metres printed, you would supply 12 metres.
Our standard printing turnaround is 2–4 working days once your fabric has been approved and your production order is ready to print.
